    This is a one day group Masterclass to guide you in identifying who you are, what makes you unique and HOW to position that in business, brand or ministry.

    Module One

    Identity

     

    We will be looking at who you believe yourself to be up until the present, what makes you who you are and identify anything that you have failed to see, that will help position you for your future.

    Module Two

    Personality Profiling

     

    You will walk away with an 18-page report on your unique personality blend and how to integrate it into your personal life, business and brand. You will learn how to leverage your personality and how to position it to gain more influence in your relationships, market and ministry. Additionally you will take other tests that will give you a broader view of who you are that complements your personality.

    Module Three

    Values & Culture

     

    This forms the foundation of who you are. You will identify exactly what your values are and how to express them in the cultural expression of your brand.

    Module Four

    Mission & Vision

     

    You will look at 25 different areas of your life. This is a very revelatory session that helps you to see how your past and present actually make sense to where you are at now in life and how to use it to walk in the power of your past and empower it to impact your future as well as your business, brand or ministry.

    Module Five

    Foundational Principles

     

    This module will look at the foundation of business/brand or ministry. It will uphold the way things are conducted and implement culture to the point your business/brand or ministry can be run by someone even if you are on the other side of the planet.

    Destiny Finder

     

    This module will walk you through the results of 5 questionnaires that will determine your:

     

    - Destiny Orientation - What you are destined for?

     

    Are you:

    • The Builder?
    • The Revealer? 
    • The Recruiter? 
    • The Connector? 
    • The Trainer? 

     

    - Motivational Orientation

    - Spiritual Orientation

    - Passions and

    - Dreams.

    Projection

     

    How do you want to be perceived in the world? This is critical to express who you authentically are. This module takes everything that you learn and projects it to the world in a way that is in alignment with who you are.
